一、《安徽统计年鉴—2016》全面、系统地收录了2015年全省及各市、县经济和社会各方面统计数据,重点展现“十二五”以来安徽经济建设和社会发展成就,是一部全面反映安徽省国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。
二、《安徽统计年鉴—2016》新增各市按三次产业和机构类型分法人单位数、各市按控股情况分企业法人单位数、各市工业项目投资、各市民间投资、各市县减贫人口情况等内容。
三、全书内容共分23个篇章和附录,即:综合;国民经济核算;人口;就业人员和工资;固定资产投资;能源生产和消费;财政、金融、保险;物价指数;城乡人民生活;城市概况;自然资源和环境保护;农业;工业;建筑业;运输和邮电;国内贸易;对外经济贸易;旅游;教育和科技;卫生和社会服务;文化和体育;公共管理及其他;省级和县级主要经济指标及位次。附录部分主要有:各市县减贫人口情况、全省建制镇基本情况、企业电子商务情况。为帮助读者理解和使用有关数据,各篇章附有简要说明和主要指标解释,介绍了统计范围和统计方法。
四、本年鉴使用国民经济行业分类(GB/T4754-2011)。
五、本年鉴中使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。
六、本年鉴符号使用说明:年鉴各表中的“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不足本表最小单位数、数据不详或无该项数据。“#”表示其中的主要项。
七、2015年,安庆、铜陵、六安、淮南所辖县(区)区划有所调整,年鉴中涉及的分市数据,除注明外,均为区划调整后的口径。
八、本年鉴中部分合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同产生的计算误差,均未作机械调整。全书中英文对照,配套出版磁质光盘。
Ⅰ.Anhui statistical yearbook 2016-comprehensively and systematically collected in 2015,the provincialand municipal,county economic and social aspects of statistical data,the key to show the "twelfth five-year" sincethe economic construction and social development achievements in Anhui,is a comprehensive reflect the nationaleconomic and social development in Anhui province of informative yearly.
Ⅱ.Anhui statistical yearbook-2016 newly adds following items:number of legal person units by tertiaryindustries and industrial and institutional type,by cites,,number of enterprise legal person units by controllingshare by cites,municipal industrial project investment by cites,non-governmental investment,by cites,thepopulation reduction in poverty by cites etc.
Ⅲ.This book contains the following 23 parts and appendices:General Survey;National Accounts;Population;Employment and Wages;Investment in Fixed Assets;Production and Consumption of Energy;Finance,Bankingand Insurance;Price Indices;People's Livelihood;General Survey of Cities;Natural resources and EnvironmentalProtection;Agriculture;Industry;Construction;Transportation,Postal and Telecommunication Services;DomesticTrade;Foreign Trade;Tourism;Education and Science;Public Health and Social Services;Culture and Sports;Public Management and Others;Business Survey of Enterprises;Main Economic Indicators and Their Ordersof Precedence for Provinces and Countries.The appendix includes:the population reduction in poverty by citiesand counties,the entire province town with basic situation,the enterprise electronic commerce.To help readersunderstand and use the relevant data,each chapter comes with a brief description and the main index to explain,introduces the scope of statistics and statistical methods.
Ⅳ.In this yearbook,We use the classification of national economic industries(GB/T4754-2011).
Ⅴ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standardized measurement units.
Ⅵ.Notations used in this book:(blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measuredwith the smallest unit in the table,or data are unknown,or are not available;"#" indicates a major items of thetotal.
Ⅶ.In 2015,range of counties(districts) of Anqing,Tongling,Luan,Huainan were adjusted,So data of thesecites in yearbook were data after adjustment except giving clear indication.
Ⅷ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book.Anhui Statistical Yearbook iscompiled bilingually in Chinese and English and a magnetic CD-ROM has been published to form a complete set.
