一、《安徽统计年鉴—2008》是一部全面反映安徽省国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省及各市、县2007年经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据，反映了“十一五”时期的全省主要统计数据，重点展现了安徽人民在经济建设及社会发展方面取得的新成就。 二、《安徽统计年鉴—2008》全书中英文对照，配套出版磁质光盘。为了服务于本省“十一五”发展战略要求，新增加了反映社会可持续发展方面的城市基础设施建设、环境保护、退耕还林工程、城乡居民恩格尔系数、流动人口及流向，反映我省民生工程方面的城镇居民参加医疗保险、农村社会养老保险、农村改水改厕、工伤保险、就业训练等内容。同时展示了安徽十强县风采，开发区、省辖市、县、区经济发展新貌，以及各部门、企业取得新成绩的彩色宣传图片。 三、全书内容共分22个篇章和附录。即：综合；国民经济核算；人口；就业人员和职工工资；固定资产投资；能源生产和消费；财政金融保险；物价指数；城乡人民生活；城市概况；自然资源和环境保护；农业；工业；建筑业；运输和邮电；国内贸易；对外经济贸易；旅游；教育、科学技术和文化；体育、卫生、社会福利和其他；企业集团、企业景气调查；省级和县级主要经济指标及位次。附录部分有：贫困县监测情况。为了进一步帮助读者理解和使用有关数据，各篇章附有简要说明和主要指标解释，介绍了统计范围和统计方法。 四、本年鉴资料主要来自全省国民经济社会统计报表和抽样调查资料。 五、本年鉴中使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 六、本年鉴中部分合计数或相对数因单位取舍不同产生计算误差未作机械调整。 七、本年鉴符号使用说明：“…”表示该数据不足本表最小计量单位数；“空格”表示该项无统计数据；“#”表示其中的主要项。 八、本年鉴的编辑出版得到有关方面大力支持和帮助，在此谨致谢意! Ⅰ．Anhui Statistical Yearbook 2008 is an annual statistics publication, which covers mainly statistics in 2007 at provincial level and local levels of city and county,reflecting statistics during the period of "tenth-five-year-plan" at provincial level,therefore, mainly shows various aspects of the new achievements that the people in Anhui made in economic construction and social development in the period of "eleventh five-year-plan". Ⅱ．Anhui Statistical Yearbook 2008 year is compiled in Chinese-English bilingual way and magnetio CD-ROM is published to form a complete set.In coordination with the strategic demands of the development of the "Eleventh five-year-plan" in Anhui province, we newly added the contents of that Society can develop continuously aspect,City capital construction, environment protection, Retreat plough return forest, Engle coefficient of urban and rural residents,fluid population and floating direction, the contents of that the project of the people's livelihood of Anhui province,Cities basic medical insurance,rural Social endowment insurance,rural toilet construction,workers' compensation insurance,employment training, and so on.Moreover, colorful propagandizing photos are carried to show the style ten advanced county of Anhui province, the development of development zones, city of province, county economy, new achievements of departments and enterprises. To help readers further understand and make use of the data, each part is supplemented by brief introduction and explanatory note on main statistical indicators, introducing statistical coverage and statistical methods. Ⅳ. Data in this yearbook are mainly obtained from regular statistical reports on national economy in the province and part of sample surveys. Ⅴ. The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units. Ⅵ. Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book. Ⅶ．Notations used in this book:“…”　indicates that figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table; "(blank)"" indicates that data not available;“＃” indicates the major items of the total.
