
一、《山西统计年鉴-2005》收录了全省和各市、县、各部门2004年经济、社会、科技等方面的统计数据,是一部全面反映山西省国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。为了适应国际间交流,内文全部实行中英文对照。 二、全书内容共分为19个篇章,即:1.综合;2.人口、从业人员和劳动报酬;3.固定资产投资;4.能源消费与库存;5.物价;6.人民生活;7.农村经济;8.7业;9.建筑业;10.交通运输邮电通讯业;11.批发零售贸易和餐饮业;12.对外经济贸易和旅游业;13.财政、金融和保险;14.教育、科技;15.文化、体育、卫生、环保;16.城市概况;17.地市篇;18.县市篇;19.企业篇。为了方便读者使用,各篇章前附有反映总体趋势的统计图,篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》,对主要统计指标的涵义、统计范围和统计方法以及历史沿革作了简要说明。 三、与2004年版《山西统计年鉴》相比,本年鉴作了如下修订: 1.根据经济普查资料对历史数据进行调整的: (1)综合篇:地区生产总值及其相关指标(从1993年起); (2)批发零售贸易和餐饮业篇:社会消费品零售总额及相关指标(从1999年起)。 2.增加内容的: (1)综合篇:增加了投入产出表和资金流量表; (2)固定资产投资篇:增加了历年固定资产投资情况; (3)批发零售贸易和餐饮业篇:增加了规模以下企业基本情况和市场经营情况; (4)对外经济贸易和旅游业篇:增加了旅游总收入和旅游人均花费; (5)文化、体育、卫生、环保篇:增加了全民健身设施和体育彩票发行情况。 四、本年鉴中所使用的度量衡单位,均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 五、本年鉴的指标口径范围,基本上以国家现行的统计报表制度为准。资料来源于统计年报,2004年的统计年报以全国第一次经济普查代替;部分资料来自于抽样调查和有关部门。为了方便读者使用,对有变动的指标在表下做了简要诠释。凡以前发表过的统计数字与本年鉴不一致的,请以本年鉴为准。 六、年鉴符号使用说明: “…”表示数据不足本指标最小单位; “空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项指标数据; “#”表示其中项。 Ⅰ.Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2005, is an annual statistics publication, which reflects various aspects of national economic and social development in Shanxi province. Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2005 covers very comprehensive data series in 2004 at provincial level and local levels of city,county and department,reflects social and economic as well as science and technology development of Shanxi province. In addition, Statistical Chart reflecting total trend is attached at every chapter, Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicatorsa brief introduction about the meaning, data sources, statistical coverages, statistical methods and historical changes of main statistical indicatorsare provided at the end of each part. Ⅲ. Comparing with Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2004, this yearbook is made revising as fellow: 1. Historical datais adjusted based on Economic Cerise (1) General Information Chapter:Gross Domestic Product and related indicators(from 1993) (2)Wholesale and Retail Trade, Catering Trade Chapter: Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods and related indicators(from 1999). 2. Increased content (1)General Information Chapter:increasing Form of Input and Output, Funds Flow Form. (2)Investment in Fixed Assets Chapter: increasing Investment in Fixed Assets over the Years; (3)Wholesale and Retail Trade, Catering Trade Chapter: increasing Statistics on Enterprises below Designated Size, Management of Market. (4)Foreign Trade and Tourism Chapter: increasing Total Income of Tourism and Per Capita Expenditure. (5)Culture, Sports,Public Health and Environmental Protection Chapter: increasing Facilities of Bodybuilding Activity, Issue of Sports Lottery Ticket. Ⅳ. The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units. Ⅴ.On the whole, the concepts, definitions and coverage of statistics in indicators in this book are the same as in the current statistics report system of our country. The major data sources of this book are obtained from annual statistical reports, annual statistical reports in 2004 being replaced by The First National Economic Cense,some from sample surveys and some from statistics materials provided by relative economical administrative departments. For the convenience of the readers,brief notes concerning some indicators about their changes in meaning or coverage are given at the lower part of relevant tables. In the case of some statistical data issued before being inconsistent with this publication, take the data in this publication as correction. Ⅵ. Notations used in this book: “...” indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table; “(blank)” indicates that the data not available; “#” indicates the major items of the total.
