中国经济与社会发展统计数据库

一、《山西统计年鉴-2007》收录了全省和各市、县、各部门2006年经济、社会、科技等方面的统计数据，是一部全面反映山西省国民经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。为了适应国际间交流，内文全部实行中英文对照。 二、全书内容共分为19个篇章，即：1．综合；2．人口、从业人员和劳动报酬；3．固定资产投资；4．能源消费与库存；5．物价；6．人民生活；7．农村经济；8．工业；9建筑业；10．交通运输、邮电通讯业；11．批发零售贸易和餐饮业；12．对外经济贸易和旅游业；13．财政、金融和保险；14．教育、科技；15．文化、体育、卫生、环保；16．城市概况；17地市篇；18．县市篇；19．企业篇。为了方便读者使用，各篇章前附有反映总体趋势的统计图，篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》，对主要统计指标的涵义、统计范围和统计方法以及历史沿革作了简要说明。 三、与2006年版《山西统计年鉴》相比，本年鉴作了如下修订： 1．人口、从业人员和劳动报酬篇：增加了各年龄组人口受教育状况和人口扶养比； 2．固定资产投资篇：根据新的统计制度方法，对版面进行了较大的调整； 3．交通运输、邮电通讯篇：增加了全社会分类运输量及载货、载客私人汽车情况； 4．对外经济贸易和旅游业篇：增加了人民币对主要外币年平均汇价； 5．财政金融和保险篇：增加了金融机构法定存款利率； 6．地市篇：增加了人口自然变动、全社会从业人员、邮电和卫生情况。 四、本年鉴的指标口径范围，基本上以国家现行的统计报表制度为准。资料来源于统计年报；部分资料来自于抽样调查和有关部门。农村经济篇农村基层组织、耕地面积、农业机械拥有量、农业现代化情况是农业普查代替年报，暂使用2005年数据。 五、为了方便读者使用，对有变动的指标在表下做了简要诠释。凡以前发表过的统计数字与本年鉴不一致的，请以本年鉴为准。 六、本年鉴中所使用的度量衡单位，均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 七、本年鉴中部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差，均未作机械调整。 八、年鉴符号使用说明： “…”表示数据不足本指标最小单位； “空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项指标数据； “#”表示其中项。 Ⅰ．Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2007, is an annual statistics publication, which reflects various aspects of national economic and social development in Shanxi province. Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2006 covers very comprehensive data series in 2005 at provincial level and local levels of city，county and department，reflects social and economic as well as science and technology development of Shanxi province. To meet the need of international exchange, an English-Chinese has been made in the book. Ⅱ．The book contains the following nineteen parts: 1. General Information; 2. Population, Employment and Wage; 3. Investment in Fixed Assets; 4. Consumption and Stock of Energy; 5. Price；6. People's Livelihood; 7. Agricultural Economy: 8. Industry; 9. Construction; 10. Transportation, Posts and Telecommunications Services; 11. Wholesale and Retail Trade, Catering Trade; 12. Foreign Trade and Tourism; 13. Public Finance, Banking and Insurance; 14. Education, Science and Technology; 15. Culture, Sports, Public Health and Environmental Protection; 16. Information of City; 17.Part of Prefecture and City；18. Part of County and City; 19. Part of Enterprises. In addition, Statistical Chart reflecting total trend is attached at every chapter, Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators-a brief introduction about the meaning, data sources, statistical coverage, statistical methods and historical changes of main statistical indicators-are provided at the end of each part Ⅲ.Comparing with Shanxi Statistical Yearbook 2006, this yearbook is made revising as fellow： 1.Population,Employment and Wage Chapter: increasing educational attainment population by age and dependency ratio of population. 2.Investment in Fixed Assets Chapter: adjusting the formats greatly according to the new statistics standards. 3.Transportation,Post and Telecomunications Services Chapter: increasing statistics about total social freight traffic by category of cargo and private cars for passengers and goods. 4.Foreign Trade and Tourism Chapter: increasing average exchange rate of RMB yuan against main convertible currencies. S.Public Finance,Banking and Insurance Chapter: increasing nominal rates on deposits of financial institutions. 6. Part of Prefecture and City Chapter: increasing statistics about natural change of population，employees of total society，telecommunication and public health. Ⅳ.On the whole, the concepts, definitions and coverage of statistics in indicators in this book are the same as in the current statistics report system of our country. The major data sources of this book are obtained from annual statistical reports, some from sample surveys and some from statistics materials provided by relative economical administrative departments.In Agricultural Economics Chapter， for annual reports of agricultuer are replaced by agricultural census,so the dates of rural grass-roots organizations,cultivated area, agricultural machinery and agricultural modernization used the ones in 2005 temporarily. Ⅴ.For the convenience of the readers, brief notes concerning some indicators about their changes in meaning or coverage are given at the lower part of relevant tables. In the case of some statistical data issued before being inconsistent with this publication, take the data in this publication as correction. Ⅵ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units Ⅶ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook. Ⅷ.Notations used in this book: "…"indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table; "(blank)" indicates that the data not available; "#" indicates the major items of the total.
