一、《河南统计年鉴-2016》是一部全面反映河南省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省和各市(县)2015年以及重要历史年份的经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据,并收录了全国及各省市区2015年的主要统计数据。
二、全书内容分为28个部分,即,1、行政区划和自然资源;2、综合;3、国民经济核算;4、人口;5、从业人员和职工工资;6、固定资产投资;7、对外贸易和旅游;8、能源;9、财政;10、物价;11、人民生活;12、城市概况;13、农业;14、工业;15、建筑业;16、房地产业;17、批发和零售业、住宿和餐饮业;18、金融业;19、其他服务业;20、运输和邮电;21、资源和环境;22、科学技术;23、教育;24、卫生和社会工作;25、文化和体育;26、公共管理、社会保障和社会组织;27、各县(市、区)主要统计指标;28、全国及各省市区主要统计指标。各篇前有简要说明,篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。
三、本年鉴的资料来源,大部分来自年度统计报表,一部分来自抽样调查。
四、资料中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。
五、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。
六、本年鉴各表中,有关对全表的注解均在该表上方,对表中部分指标的注解则在该表下方。凡带续表的资料,对部分指标的注解一律在最后一张续表的下方。
七、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明:“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据;“#”表示其中的主要项。
Ⅰ.Henan Statistical Yearbook 2016,is an annual statistical publication,whichcomprehensively reflects the economy and society development of Henan.It widelycovers data for 2015 and key statistical data in some historically important years ofHenan,at data for 2015 year at the national level and the local levels of province,autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.

Ⅲ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statisticalreports,and some from sample surveys.
Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standardmeasurement units.
Ⅴ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this yearbook.
Ⅵ.The notes concerning the whole table are placed at the upper part of the tablewhile the notes concerning individual indicators are placed at the lower part.If thetable occupied more than one page,the footnotes of the individual indicators areplaced at the end of the last page.
Ⅶ.Notations used in this yearbook:"(Blank)" indicates that the data are unknownor are not available;"#"Indicates a major breakdown of the total.
