一、《河南统计年鉴2006》是一部全面反映河南省经济和社会发展情况的资料性年刊。本书收录了全省和各市(县)2005年经济和社会各方面大量的统计数据，以及“九五”、“十五”时期和历史重要年份的全省主要统计数据。 二、全书内容分为24个部分，即，1、行政区划和自然资源；2、综合；3、国民经济核算；4、人口；5、从业人员和职工工资；6、固定资产投资；7、物价指数；8、人民生活；9、城市概况；10、农林牧渔业；11、工业；12、建筑业；13、运输和邮电；14、国内贸易；15、对外经济贸易和旅游；16、财政和金融；17、教育和科技；18、文化和服务业；19、体育和卫生；20、环境保护；21、其他社会活动；22、企业调查；23、各县(市)主要统计指标；24、全国及各省市区主要统计指标。各篇末附有《主要统计指标解释》。 三、根据经济普查资料将生产总值、消费品零售总额及相关指标调整到1993年，并将2005年鉴中核算、工业、建筑业、国内贸易等专业因经济普查缺失的资料在本年鉴中进行了补充。 四、本年鉴的资料来源，大部分来自年度统计报表，一部分来自抽样调查。 五、资料中所使用的度量衡单位均采用国际统一标准计量单位。 六、本年鉴部分数据合计数或相对数由于单位取舍不同而产生的计算误差均未作机械调整。 七、本年鉴各表中，有关对全表的注解均在该表上方，对表中部分指标的注解则在该表下方。凡带续表的资料，对部分指标的注解一律在最后一张续表的下方。 八、本年鉴表中的符号使用说明：“空格”表示该项统计指标数据不详或无该项数据；“#”表示其中的主要项。 Ⅰ.Henan Statistical Yearbook 2006，is an annual statistical publication, which reflects development of social and economic in Henan, It widely covers various aspects data of Henan province and City(County) in 2005, and Large numbers of Main Indicator in historically important years, The “Ninth five-year Plan” Period and The “Tenth five-year plan” Period. Ⅱ.The book contains the following twenty-four parts, 1. Division of Administrative Areas and Natural Resources, 2.General Survey, 3.National Accounts, 4.Population, 5.Employment and Wages, 6.Investment in Fixed Assets, 7.Price Indices, 8.People's Livelihood, 9.General Survey of Cities, 10.Agriculture, 11.Industry, 12.Construction, 13.Transportation, Postal and Telecommunications Services, 14.Domestic Trade, 15.Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Tourism, 16.Finance Banking and Insurance, 17. Education, Science and Technology, 18. Culture and Service Industry, 19. Sports and Public Health, 20. Environment Protection ,21. Other Social Activities,22. Enterprise Survey, 23.Main Indicators by County and City, 24. Main Indicators of the Whole Nation and 31 Provinces (Municipality、Autonomous Regions). There are some Explanatory notes on Main statistical Indicators in the end of every part. Ⅲ.1993～2005 data of GDP、Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods and relevant Index are redressed by National Economic Censuses,and supplement 2004 imperfect data of Nationa Accounts、Industry、Construction and Domestic Trade. Ⅳ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports, and some from sample surveys. Ⅴ.The units of measurement used in this book are internationally standard measurement units. Ⅵ.Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in this book. Ⅶ.The notes concerning the whole table are placed at the upper part of the table, while the notes concerning individual indicators are placed at the lower part. If the table is a continued one, the footnotes are placed in the last page. Ⅷ.Notations used in this book: “（Blank)” indicates that the data not available, "#" Indicates the major items of the total.
